We are Hiring Customer Service Representatives!
Main: Answering phone calls, helping clients walking in, quoting for insurance, taking payments
- Will learn to sell insurance, cross-sell products and make policy changes
-Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
-Will learn to evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose insurance plans that meet their criteria
-Maintain files, database, and records
-Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
- A will to learn about insurance and sales
-Bilingual (English & Spanish) required as our clientele is mostly Spanish speakers
-Desire to acquire the Property & casualty insurance license
-Entry-level work experience in insurance or relevant customer service experience
-Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
-Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional setting
-Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
-High school or GED required
40 hours/week, 5 days a week between Monday-Saturday
Locations: East Palmdale and West Lancaster office locations available.
